If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may suspend, limit or terminate access to the applicable Service until payment obligations are resolved.
6. Free Trial
whitestonegroup.in may, at its sole discretion, offer certain products or Subscriptions with a free trial for a limited period (“Free Trial”).
The specific duration and conditions of a Free Trial will be disclosed at the time the offer is made.
You may be required to provide billing information in order to register for a Free Trial.
Where a Free Trial automatically converts to a paid Subscription, this will be disclosed at the time you register.
Unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable offer terms, the selected payment method may be charged the applicable Subscription fee when the Free Trial expires.
To the extent permitted by law, whitestonegroup.in reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue a Free Trial offer.
7. Fee Changes

For existing recurring Subscriptions, any applicable fee change will generally become effective from a future Billing Cycle unless otherwise permitted by applicable law or agreed with the customer.
Where reasonably required, we may provide notice of material Subscription fee changes before they become effective.
Your continued use of a paid Subscription after a notified fee change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised fee, subject to applicable law.
8. Refunds
Unless a specific offer, order page, agreement or refund policy states otherwise, eligible refund requests for applicable Contracts or Purchases may be submitted within 7 days of the original Purchase.
Refund eligibility may vary depending upon:

- Whether digital content has been accessed
- Whether services have already commenced
