Any delay caused by a bank, payment provider, lender or third-party financing partner after we have successfully initiated the refund will be subject to that provider's policies and processing timelines.
4. Refund Amount and Applicable Deductions
The final refundable amount may depend upon the portion of the consulting service, advisory program, mentorship or associated resources that have already been delivered, accessed, consumed or utilised.
A. Consulting / Advisory Services
If consulting, strategy, advisory, business-growth, mentorship or implementation-related services have already commenced, the refund may be adjusted based on the services already delivered.

- Business reviews
- Coaching or mentorship sessions
- Implementation support
- Sales or marketing consulting

B. Digital Resources / Intellectual Property
As part of our consulting services, clients may receive access to digital resources, proprietary frameworks, templates, recordings, documents, systems, training resources, worksheets, presentations or other intellectual property.
Where substantial proprietary material has already been accessed, downloaded, received or utilised, the corresponding value may be deducted from any eligible refund, subject to applicable law.
C. Completed Deliverables
Where a specific consulting deliverable has already been completed and provided to the client, its reasonable value may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Examples may include:
- Strategy documents
- Business plans
- Assessments
- Business audits
- Marketing frameworks
- Sales frameworks
- Reports
- Implementation plans
- Campaign strategies
- Automation plans
- Positioning strategies

5. Payments Through EMI / BNPL / Third-Party Financing
This section applies where your purchase was made through financing arrangements such as:
- EMI
- Card EMI
- Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)
- Pay Later
- Consumer financing
- Lending partners
- Third-party credit providers
- Other financing arrangements
5.1 Refund Destination
Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment source used for the transaction.
For transactions made using EMI, BNPL or third-party financing, the refund may be transferred to the applicable:
- Financing partner
- Lender
- Bank
- Payment gateway
- Credit provider
rather than directly to your personal bank account.
5.2 Your EMI / Loan Responsibility
Until your lender or financing partner formally confirms cancellation, adjustment or closure of your financing account, you remain responsible for complying with the applicable financing agreement.
This may include responsibility for:
- EMI payments
- Interest
- Late payment charges
- Processing fees
- Penalties
- Other lender-imposed charges
whitestonegroup.in is not responsible for any penalty or additional cost caused by your failure to comply with your financing provider's payment obligations before formal adjustment or closure.
5.3 Third-Party Charges
Any charges imposed independently by a:
- Bank
- Payment gateway
- Financing provider
- BNPL provider
- Credit card issuer
- Lender
such as processing fees, convenience fees, interest, financing charges, late fees or penalties, are governed by the respective third party's terms.
Such third-party charges may not be refundable by whitestonegroup.in, except where refund of such charges is required under applicable law.
5.4 Financing Cancellation or Closure
Approval of a refund by whitestonegroup.in does not automatically result in cancellation or closure of your financing arrangement.
The financing provider's own cancellation, adjustment and closure procedure will apply.
Customers are advised to independently confirm loan or EMI closure directly with their financing partner.
6. Non-Refundable / Ineligible Circumstances
A refund may be declined, reduced or considered ineligible in circumstances including:
- Refund request submitted after the 7-Day Refund Window
- Consulting services substantially delivered
- Strategy or mentorship sessions already substantially utilised
- Customised consulting work already completed
- Business audit or assessment already completed
- Substantial proprietary content or intellectual property already accessed
- Custom strategy, report, framework or deliverable already provided
- Fraudulent activity

- Situations expressly identified as non-refundable before Purchase
This section remains subject to rights and remedies available under applicable law.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal request is initiated through a bank, lender, credit card issuer, payment gateway or other payment provider while a refund request is already under review, we may temporarily pause the internal refund process.
The refund process may remain paused until the external dispute or chargeback has been:
- Withdrawn
- Resolved
- Rejected
- Settled
This is intended to prevent duplicate refunds or duplicate payment reversals.
whitestonegroup.in reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records, consulting-delivery records, attendance information, communication records, access information and other supporting evidence to payment providers in response to a legitimate payment dispute or chargeback.

Where a client has already attended or utilised consulting sessions, strategy calls, assessments, personalised reviews or received customised deliverables, the value of those services may be deducted from any otherwise eligible refund.
Approval of a refund does not grant the client continued rights to use proprietary materials, confidential frameworks, internal systems, customised intellectual property or other restricted resources where such rights were dependent upon continued participation in the consulting engagement.
8.3 Payment Mode
The refund conditions under this Policy apply regardless of the payment method used to purchase consulting, advisory, mentorship or related services from whitestonegroup.in.
